In September of 2005 the WCC Transformation Team traveled from Dubuque, Iowa to Decorah, Iowa, and lastly to the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minnesota. The team was in Dubuque from the 10^th through the 13^th, Decorah on the 14^th and 15^th, and in the Twin Cities from the 15^th through the 18^th.
